On August 27, NARS held its second 2015 Advisory Committee meeting at the National Assembly VIP restaurant. Nineteen members of the committee, including Chairman Ahn Byeong-ok (professor at Kongju National University) and nine senior staff members, including NARS Chief, took part in this meeting.

Mr. Park Chool-hae (Director General of NARS) reported NARS's work performance and main issues for 2015. The report was followed by questions and comments from the members. Various suggestions and ideas were presented. Among the suggestions were developing stronger legislative research service identity, increasing personnel and budget, and proposing important research topics.

Dr. Lim Seong-ho (Chief of NARS) appreciated the committee's comments and said, "We will make sure members' opinions are reflected in the management of organization and put efforts into strengthening NARS's capacity as a legislative support organization."
